First recharge(Similar to activation): Rs.46/-
Totally, you need (49+46)=Rs.95/- for owning a fully activated Reliance GSM SIM

1) Life -Time Validity
(Recharge of atleast Rs.200/- every 6 months necessary like all operators)
2) Talk Time: Rs.20/-(Initial Talk time)
3) 5p/min @ 11pm-6am for Reliance to Reliance mobile
4) 30p/min -To all Local Reliance Mobiles
5) 60p/min-To all other local phones
6) Re. 1/min -STD
Note: The above mentioned tariff is valid for 3 months staring from April. It might change later.

Does the Reliance to Relaince mobile tariff (@5p/min 11pm-6am) includes a call from Reliance GSM at Assam to Reliance GSM at Chennai?
No .The call rates apply only to calls made within Tamil Nadu

But there are many shops where we can get sim at low price. And I just came to know here to get some info about its internet connection plans.
